Lead end-to-end execution of solar hybrid projects (400 kW–10 MWp), overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage EPC schedules, contract and stakeholder relations, EMS/BESS/genset/PV integration, QA/QC, cost and schedule controls, HSES compliance, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Build and maintain bankable, audit-ready financial models for solar, storage, mini-grid and C&I projects; size debt, model PPA revenues, run sensitivities, support transaction execution, prepare lender/investor analysis, review third-party models, and improve modelling templates and controls to inform Investment Committee decisions.

The HSES Associate will support the implementation of HSES programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting training, audits, and maintaining documentation.
