Lead end-to-end execution of solar hybrid projects (400 kW–10 MWp), overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage EPC schedules, contract and stakeholder relations, EMS/BESS/genset/PV integration, QA/QC, cost and schedule controls, HSES compliance, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role involves supporting technical site surveys, conducting assessments, assisting project development for renewable energy systems, and preparing technical proposals while collaborating across teams.

The Business Development Associate will identify and develop commercial solar opportunities, engage clients, prepare proposals, and manage the business development process from lead generation to project execution.
