Lead origination, structuring, and fundraising for renewable energy projects across Africa. Develop complex project finance models, manage debt and equity fundraising, coordinate legal and commercial structuring, engage investors, DFIs, governments and donors, support implementation and portfolio management, and mentor junior staff.

Lead end-to-end execution of solar hybrid projects (400 kW–10 MWp), overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage EPC schedules, contract and stakeholder relations, EMS/BESS/genset/PV integration, QA/QC, cost and schedule controls, HSES compliance, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Build and maintain bankable, audit-ready financial models for solar, storage, mini-grid and C&I projects; size debt, model PPA revenues, run sensitivities, support transaction execution, prepare lender/investor analysis, review third-party models, and improve modelling templates and controls to inform Investment Committee decisions.
