Powerdot Benefits Overview

Lead Powerdot’s Product organization across EV charging infrastructure, software platforms, customer experiences, and internal tools. Own product strategy, roadmap, operating model, prioritization, product quality, measurement, and people development. Manage and coach Product Managers and Product Designers across multiple teams, establish scalable product practices, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and commercial teams to connect customer needs with business outcomes.

Own discovery and delivery for internal products supporting EV charger commissioning, hardware catalogues, energy management, and pricing. Translate operational problems into specifications, prioritized backlogs, and measurable releases. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and deployment, support, energy, pricing, and operations teams. Ensure cross-system data consistency, manage roadmaps, communicate timelines, and iterate based on outcomes.

Own the Data team’s product roadmap, including governed reporting, self-service analytics, and data models. Lead data quality and consistency initiatives, prioritize cross-functional requests, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure reliable data for AI agents. Partner with engineering, analytics, data science, pricing, energy, finance, operations, and growth teams while measuring product adoption and user trust.
