Leads and scales multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, embedded, firmware, and test disciplines. Oversees system architecture, prototyping, design reviews, regulatory compliance, reliability, and high-volume manufacturing from EVT through PVT. Aligns engineering roadmaps with product, operations, supply chain, and business goals while managing talent, budgets, resources, and operational processes. Drives quality, manufacturability, launch predictability, and commercial production of complex hardware products and semiconductor chips.

Designs and develops software for wireless power, low-power electronics, and wireless communication products. Responsibilities include evaluating requirements, defining design tradeoffs, building internal R&D tools, supporting product releases, and collaborating with QA, electrical, mechanical, and management teams. The role involves concurrent projects and technologies including Bluetooth, RFID, NFC, Wi-Fi, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, Linux, and embedded communication protocols.
