Monitor and support a global WAN in a 24/7 rotational-shift environment. Responsibilities include monitoring network links and devices, troubleshooting connectivity, latency, packet loss, routing, and switching issues, managing incidents within SLAs, coordinating with ISPs, escalating critical problems, and maintaining operational documentation and handover notes.

Supports global WAN operations by monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting routing, switching, BGP, connectivity, latency, and packet-loss issues. Manages shift operations, prioritizes and escalates incidents, coordinates with ISPs and vendors, executes approved network changes, performs root cause analysis, maintains documentation, and guides support associates in a 24/7 environment.

Provides first-level IT customer support through a ticketing system, troubleshooting standard hardware, networking, application, access, and permission issues. Manages incidents, requests, changes, ticket queues, escalations, customer updates, and knowledge-base documentation. Coordinates corporate hardware shipments, returns, replacements, and asset management across global regions. Requires at least two years of IT experience, Windows and macOS knowledge, English fluency, and availability for EMEA and APAC office hours.
