Power Youth

POWER Youth is a Metropolitan Action Commission initiative of Nashville that connects Davidson County young people with career exploration and paid work experiences. Its portal lists seasonal, part-time, and year-round jobs for ages 14–24, including project-based roles, high-school internships, and employer placements. Through partnerships with public agencies, businesses, nonprofits, and universities, the program aims to build workplace skills, confidence, and pathways toward economic resilience.
