Manage a portfolio of utility and energy-efficiency clients as the primary contact throughout program implementation. The Energy Advisor II recruits and engages commercial, institutional, and business customers to implement energy-saving actions through virtual commissioning programs. Responsibilities include managing customer pipelines and accounts, conducting outreach and meetings, explaining energy-efficiency concepts, analyzing data to prioritize accounts, monitoring smart-meter results, confirming savings with measurement and verification teams, and contributing to process improvement and team knowledge-sharing.

Energy Advisor III recruits and engages commercial, institutional, and business customers to implement energy-saving actions. The role manages complex client accounts, leads stakeholder meetings, handles objections, analyzes energy data, monitors smart meter results, and collaborates with Measurement and Verification teams to confirm savings. The advisor also coaches colleagues, improves team processes, and maintains organized customer engagement pipelines using CRM tools. This is a fully remote position serving customers in the United States or Canada.
