Provides technical leadership for virtual commissioning and strategic energy management programs. Analyzes interval energy data, identifies HVAC, controls, lighting, and other energy-efficiency opportunities, supports measurement and verification, develops technical resources, trains energy advisors, and engages commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. The role is fully remote, requires strong communication and analytical skills, and supports utility demand-side management initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of utility and energy-efficiency clients as the primary contact throughout program implementation. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal and external teams, manage timelines, risks, and contractual deliverables, and maintain strong client satisfaction. Identify account expansion and sales opportunities, lead client meetings and RFP efforts, translate client priorities into action, and drive continuous improvement across program delivery.
