Processes sales, orders, quotations, invoices, credit requests, and shipping notifications for industrial, residential, and power generation products. Supports outside sales, manages CRM and project files, prepares proposals, provides product information, coordinates logistics, resolves delivery issues, monitors accounts receivable reports, and maintains customer records. The role also handles customer inquiries, public bid opportunities, forecasting, reporting, and sales target tracking while delivering strong internal and external customer service.

Develops new business and manages customer relationships across Utah for generator systems, equipment, services, parts, and rentals. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales calls, quoting, follow-up, closing deals, CRM pipeline management, technical support, product sizing, and collaboration with engineering, project management, service, and parts teams. The role requires frequent customer and jobsite interaction, construction and electrical knowledge, travel, and handling large-dollar decisions.
