Teams at Power Systems West

Provides engineering support for generator and power-solution projects from design through commissioning and closeout. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, sales, service, and operations; performs site visits, develops technical documentation and wiring diagrams, prepares proposals, reviews specifications, manages project costs, and delivers customer and staff training. Uses Rehlko Power Solutions software and AutoCAD while supporting product presentations, startups, trade shows, and technical project execution.

Manage national customer accounts while coordinating vendor partners and dispatching technicians for preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance. Build customer relationships, execute account growth plans, identify new business, prepare quotes and purchase orders, review work orders, invoice services, and resolve billing issues. Prioritize service requests, optimize technician assignments, support after-hours dispatch, and ensure responsive customer service within established response times.

Develops new business and manages customer relationships across Utah for generator systems, equipment, services, parts, and rentals. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales calls, quoting, follow-up, closing deals, CRM pipeline management, technical support, product sizing, and collaboration with engineering, project management, service, and parts teams. The role requires frequent customer and jobsite interaction, construction and electrical knowledge, travel, and handling large-dollar decisions.
