Coordinate temporary power construction projects from quoting through installation, provide technical support to sales and field crews, perform site layout/design, document site visits, liaise with customers and production teams, and ensure equipment is installed per plan.

Research and identify prospective customers using Construct Connect, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and AI; initiate outreach and appointments; handle inbound calls/emails/web leads; route inquiries to appropriate sales personnel; submit pre-qualification vendor packets; maintain CRM and lead tracking; perform mass mailing/marketing outreach and follow up to support the sales team.

Oversee daily operations of a department including installation crews and administrative staff. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, dispatch, billing, permitting, P&L review, staff training, customer site meetings, and leadership participation.
