Oversee daily operations of a department including installation crews and administrative staff. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, dispatch, billing, permitting, P&L review, staff training, customer site meetings, and leadership participation.

Sell video surveillance and related power solutions to non-construction verticals by prospecting, building relationships, generating leads, nurturing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting aggressive monthly quotas.
