Expands business across industrial, healthcare, education, government, multifamily, and contractor markets; promotes cross-selling of technical products and services; manages manufacturer relationships; standardizes forecasting and sales processes; and partners with operations, engineering, purchasing, and finance to align customer delivery and profitability.

Leads regional electrical and industrial sales across Long Island and New York City, manages and develops an inside sales team, grows strategic customer and vendor relationships, pursues new business, monitors performance metrics, forecasts results, and collaborates with branch, operations, and marketing leadership.

The role requires electrical distribution sales experience, product knowledge, customer service and communication skills, quota achievement, ERP proficiency, and occasional travel to training.
