Develops new OEM and industrial account business for heavy-duty gearbox solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, account research, stakeholder engagement, discovery, opportunity qualification, strategic follow-up, domestic account travel, pipeline management in Salesforce, and coordination with engineering, inside sales, quoting, and leadership teams. The role focuses on winning repeatable, strategically valuable business and expanding priority accounts.

Develop new OEM and industrial account business for heavy-duty gearbox solutions. Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, understand customer applications, identify decision-makers, advance qualified opportunities, and manage priority accounts. Conduct purposeful domestic travel, coordinate with engineering and internal teams, maintain disciplined Salesforce records, and follow up on quotes and opportunities to win repeatable, strategically valuable business.

Manages customer inquiries, quotes, sales orders, contract reviews, account relationships, order expediting, returns, and customer concerns. Coordinates with sales, engineering, quality, operations, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and responsive customer service. Identifies additional sales opportunities within assigned accounts and maintains accurate CRM and ERP records.
