Live-in caregiver position in Largo providing personal/home health support for elderly and adults with disabilities. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3 PM to 3 PM. Must hold a current Florida license. One year of experience preferred. Employer serves multiple state waiver programs and offers 24-hour on-call support.

Coordinate resident care plans, admissions/discharges, referrals, and staff scheduling. Communicate with residents/families, monitor changing needs, ensure compliance with funding rules, and oversee intake and supervisory duties.

Provide personal care support for adults and elderly with disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, hygiene). Maintain required certifications, follow infection control and medication procedures, complete annual aide training, and pass background/criminal history checks.
