Leads the organization’s marketing communications strategy, integrated campaigns, brand and content development, digital presence, SEO, marketing technology, events, sales enablement, budgets, vendors, and team leadership. Partners cross-functionally with sales, product management, HR, and business leaders to build awareness, generate qualified demand, support product launches, and measure campaign performance.

Designs low- and medium-voltage switchgear, motor control, and power distribution solutions from concept through manufacturing. Responsibilities include drafting electrical drawings in AutoCAD, creating schematics and bills of materials, reviewing client specifications, coordinating with mechanical design, purchasing, suppliers, and project management, supporting production and customer meetings, and ensuring designs meet applicable codes, standards, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.

Supports strategic sourcing, category strategy, supplier management, and procurement analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring supply markets, developing sourcing strategies, managing RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, evaluating supplier costs, negotiating with suppliers, driving cost reduction, ensuring compliance, and supporting supplier performance governance. The role uses Excel-based analysis and retrieves data from Oracle and Power Apps. Some travel between campuses and buildings is required.
