Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows server environments with emphasis on automation (MECM, PowerShell), AD/GPO administration, security controls, patching, virtualization, backup/DR, IIS management, and troubleshooting. Serve as escalation point, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors, and support compliance and process improvement for a government contracting program.

Design, implement, and mature enterprise configuration management (ITIL v4) and CMDB solutions; automate discovery, reconciliation, and IaC workflows; integrate configuration data with monitoring, incident, change, and asset systems; partner with SRE, network, security, and platform teams to improve reliability, incident resolution, and disaster recovery; define processes, KPIs, and continual improvement; support audits and governance.
