Teams at Potters Resorts

Provides hands-on HR leadership for a 280-person resort, advising managers and employees across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, wellbeing, engagement, reward, and development. The role leads recruitment and engagement initiatives, supports UK employment-law compliance, manages HR team members, analyzes people data, and implements group HR policies and projects. It requires strong coaching, relationship-building, organization, discretion, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced operational environment.

Leads the resort’s entertainment department, overseeing daytime activities, hosted events, evening entertainment, guest engagement, team development, budgets, labor costs, safety, safeguarding, and commercial performance. The role manages recruitment, coaching, performance, succession planning, guest feedback, and cross-department collaboration while ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences.

Leads the resort’s technical department, managing crews, entertainment venues, productions, rehearsals, events, equipment maintenance, budgets, health and safety, contractors, and technical resources. Oversees lighting, sound, AV, staging, and show control systems while developing staff and ensuring safe, reliable, high-quality guest experiences. The role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday work.
