Lead general ledger maintenance and month/quarter/year-end close; prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations; ensure GAAP compliance; support audits, tax inquiries, AP/AR operations, budgeting and forecasts; analyze manufacturing costs and margins; investigate discrepancies and drive finance process improvements.

Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across tradeshows, events, advertising, and PR. Manage creation and distribution of sales materials, promotional inventory, and email campaigns. Analyze campaign effectiveness, maintain brand consistency, collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors, and support strategic marketing projects and deadlines.

Build, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Tableau/SSRS/Power BI/etc.), validate data accuracy, perform ad-hoc analysis on large datasets, document reporting infrastructure, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other teams to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
