Manages purchasing activities from requisition through delivery, including supplier evaluation, bidding, negotiation, cost control, inventory optimization, logistics, and order documentation. Partners with strategic sourcing and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives. Maintains supplier relationships, supports Kanban and vendor-managed inventory programs, processes engineering changes, and contributes to supply chain initiatives and departmental KPIs.

Provides day-to-day IT support across the APAC region, assisting office, remote, traveling, and field employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, connectivity, VPN, devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools; deploying and tracking equipment; coordinating shipments, repairs, replacements, and vendors; preparing new-hire technology; maintaining asset records; and following corporate IT, security, and configuration standards.

Provide regional IT support for employees across Middle East offices, homes, customer locations, and travel environments. Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, connectivity, VPN, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Deploy and maintain equipment, coordinate shipments and repairs, manage hardware inventory, prepare new-hire technology, recover departing employees’ equipment, and deliver onboarding orientation. Support corporate IT standards while independently resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
