The Mobile Crisis Specialist responds to mental health crises in the community, provides intervention and stabilization, and collaborates with clinical staff and first responders.

Process client referrals, verify eligibility, complete initial assessments per COMAR, assist clients in setting treatment goals, and transfer paperwork to assigned staff. Work includes both office and community visits, occasional evenings/weekends, and travel to other counties.
