Greet clients and manage front-desk duties including phone routing, payments, email triage, meeting room bookings, mail/courier handling, basic admin, records support, and occasional local deliveries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Build and execute the Central Okanagan Foundation's communications and marketing strategy. Produce storytelling content, manage digital presence and campaigns, design collateral, coordinate media relations and events, support fundraising, monitor analytics, and maintain brand standards while collaborating across teams.

Manage invoicing, apply customer payments, monitor receivables, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, reconcile accounts and supporting documentation, assist month-end AR reporting, and collaborate with dispatch and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial operations.
