Develop and implement the foundation’s communications and marketing strategy, modernize its brand, create donor and community impact stories, manage digital channels and campaigns, produce multimedia content, coordinate public relations and events, support fundraising, and track marketing performance. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on writing, design, photography, videography, website, social media, email marketing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Manage invoicing, apply customer payments, monitor receivables, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, reconcile accounts and supporting documentation, assist month-end AR reporting, and collaborate with dispatch and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial operations.
