Provide comprehensive perioperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients including first/second assisting in complex cases (CABG, valve), endoscopic radial and saphenous vein harvesting, invasive procedures (chest tubes, central lines, Swan-Ganz, IABP), bedside robotic assistance, and ICU/floor management. Work on-site at the SF VA operating room two days per week.

Provide direct psychiatric care in an ICE detention facility, including medication management, psychotherapy, telepsychiatry, emergency response and on-call coverage. Coordinate care with primary providers, document treatment plans, participate in quality improvement, maintain confidentiality and complete required competencies and training.

Provide expert renal pathology services including kidney biopsy interpretation, reference and laboratory testing with 24-hour turnaround, clinical consultations, review of clinical history, and perform/supervise autopsies ensuring consent and communication with clinical teams.
