Provides comprehensive nephrology care at a VA medical center, including management of acute and chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, kidney transplant patients, nephrolithiasis, and poisoning-related extracorporeal treatments. Oversees dialysis and kidney replacement therapies, manages vascular access and complications, performs or supports dialysis catheter placement and kidney biopsies, provides inpatient and outpatient consultations, and participates in weekday and weekend on-call coverage.

Provide comprehensive cardiology care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop individualized treatment plans; educate patients on prevention and options; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; and maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation.

Provide inpatient and episodic outpatient neurologic care at CRDAMC, including consultations, diagnostics (electrophysiology, imaging, labs), diagnosis, treatment planning, admissions, urgent/emergency evaluations, referrals, and coordination with PCPs and specialty teams.
