Provides comprehensive HR support across payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, employee relations, performance management, records, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. Supports a multi-state workforce, maintains confidential employee data, assists with investigations and accommodations, coordinates performance reviews, resolves payroll and benefits issues, and partners with HR leadership and talent acquisition. The role is fully remote, requires independent work, and includes occasional travel to Utah.

Conduct remote comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, youth, and young adults, including autism and ADHD assessments. Responsibilities include parent interviews, reviewing ADOS-2 data and recordings, analyzing assessment results, providing family feedback, writing reports, and making recommendations. Collaborate with local clinicians and a multidisciplinary psychology team while supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families through evidence-based care.

Conduct remote comprehensive psychological evaluations for neurodiverse children, youth, and families, including autism and ADHD assessments. Responsibilities include clinical interviews, behavioral observations, tele-assessment administration, reviewing records and ADOS-2 videos, integrating multiple data sources, forming DSM-5-TR diagnostic impressions, providing family feedback, and preparing detailed reports with individualized recommendations. The psychologist collaborates with multidisciplinary clinicians and participates in ongoing consultation and training.
