Own finance operations for the company’s Mexican subsidiary, including the five-day monthly close, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, cash controls, collections, inventory and landed costs, audit readiness, and intercompany accounting with the Canadian parent. Lead a four-person finance team, support SAT audits, monitor installation costs and margins, and advise local and headquarters leadership on financial risks and performance.

Leads Mexico operations across field installation, warehouse and inventory, procurement, monitoring, contractors, and customer escalations. Manages 21 employees across multiple locations, owns enterprise implementation schedules and SLAs, controls installation costs and inventory accuracy, develops partner networks, ensures 24/7 monitoring coverage, and establishes operating procedures and KPIs. Partners with engineering to automate manual processes and serves as the senior operational contact for major customers.

Lead accounting and financial operations for the Mexican subsidiary, including reporting, month-end and year-end close, general ledger oversight, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, internal controls, fraud prevention, and process improvement. Partner with Canadian headquarters and Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate revenue and cross-border reporting. Mentor junior accounting staff and support compliance with Mexican standards, SAT requirements, and internal policies.
