The Hygiene Assistant will set up hygiene rooms, sterilize instruments, take x-rays, assist with patient comfort, and maintain team communication.

Lead the front office team and manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination. Oversee daily office flow and systems, partner with clinical staff for excellent patient experience, handle HR tasks (hiring, onboarding, performance), and monitor production goals to drive practice growth.
