Provides part-time nonprofit and federal grant accounting support, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, budget-to-actual reporting, grant expenditure monitoring, cost and payroll allocation, restricted fund accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance with 2 CFR Part 200. Works with leadership and program teams to ensure grant-funded transactions are accurate, allowable, properly documented, and audit-ready.

Provides comprehensive case management for veterans and other vulnerable clients, including assessments, individualized service planning, resource coordination, advocacy, crisis support, housing stabilization, healthcare and employment referrals, documentation, compliance, and progress monitoring. Conducts in-person, virtual, phone, home, and community-based visits while coordinating with healthcare, housing, behavioral health, workforce, and community partners. Maintains case records, supports reporting and audits, and participates in outreach, staffing, enrollment, and discharge planning.

Provide comprehensive case management across multiple programs: assess client needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, conduct in-person/virtual/field visits, document in HMIS/case systems, advocate for clients, support housing stabilization and other services, and ensure compliance with organizational and grant requirements.
