Teams at Poshmark

Provides frontline support to marketplace users through email, messenger, social channels, and live chat. Resolves order, account, shipping, payment, listing, and product questions; troubleshoots issues; triages and escalates cases; de-escalates frustrated customers; and maintains service-quality and productivity goals. The role requires managing multiple concurrent chats, navigating CRM and knowledge-base tools, personalizing responses, and contributing to mentorship and process improvements.

Owns Poshmark’s US BSA/AML and financial crimes compliance program, including policy governance, risk assessments, sanctions controls, SAR oversight, audit and regulatory exam readiness, executive reporting, training, vendor governance, and operational quality. Partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Risk Strategy, banking partners, auditors, and regulators to translate requirements into controls, workflows, and scalable compliance processes.

Lead hands-on execution and optimization of Google Search and Shopping campaigns, including trafficking, QA, bidding, feed management, testing, reporting, attribution, and performance measurement. Manage campaign operations across budgets, keywords, audiences, and creative while translating data into recommendations. Directly manage and develop one Analyst, partner with the Paid Search Director, and collaborate with creative, product, data, and growth teams. Champion automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scale.
