Provides frontline email support for customer dispute cases involving orders and accounts. Investigates issues, applies return policies, resolves disputes fairly, communicates professionally with users, gathers community feedback, and meets service metrics such as response time, resolution rate, case volume, and customer effort scores. The role requires independent problem-solving, strong written English, detailed case handling, and flexibility for overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Reviews user accounts for money laundering, fraud, identity, and sanctions risks. Applies AML, KYC, and OFAC policies; maintains accurate case documentation, reporting, and service-level queue performance. Communicates high-risk findings to leadership, supports quality customer communications, collaborates with teammates, and protects the platform community. The role progresses toward reviewing low- and medium-risk accounts and becoming an AML subject matter expert.

Lead multiple engineering teams and shape the technical direction of a major product area. Responsibilities include developing engineering managers, guiding architecture, driving cross-functional execution, defining strategy, planning staffing and succession, and partnering with product, design, data science, and executive leaders. The role requires deep technical judgment, experience with large distributed systems, and the ability to scale engineering organizations while maintaining strong engineering culture and execution.
