Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, employment compliance, performance-cycle logistics, culture programming, employee support, and People metrics reporting. The role manages TriNet and Leapsome, coordinates employee lifecycle changes, maintains accurate records, supports multi-state compliance, and improves processes in a lean, fast-growing environment. This is a four-month contract-to-hire position with potential full-time conversion.

Lead product marketing for AI products sold to financial institutions: craft positioning and sales collateral, enable sales and client success, run launches, gather competitive intelligence and buyer insights, and measure asset impact to drive GTM improvements.

Lead end-to-end, high-impact implementations of a conversational AI platform for financial institutions. Drive strategy, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, solution design, testing, documentation, compliance fit, and mentor other implementation managers while improving processes and tooling.
