Test and improve highly concurrent, large-scale point-of-sale applications. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with development teams, and supporting software quality initiatives. The role may involve Java and Spring applications, relational databases, automation testing, performance testing, SQL, version control, and microservices deployed in Kubernetes.

Develop and maintain highly concurrent, large-scale web applications and software suites. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, contributing to technical design, troubleshooting and extending infrastructure, and delivering clean, tested Java code. The role requires adaptability to evolving technologies and collaborative work in a fast-paced team environment. The primary stack includes Core Java, Spring, relational databases, and ORM technologies.

Provide 24/7 technical support to restaurant customers via phone and email. Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and software issues for POS and store systems, document cases, communicate resolutions, and escalate when needed. Work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
