Lead and transform maternity services, ensuring safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care. Oversee clinical governance, workforce planning, budgets, service improvement, cross-site collaboration, and staff development while providing visible leadership and participating in senior midwifery on-call rota.

Provide first- and second-line mobile/site IT support, resolve service-desk incidents and requests, assist with hardware/software installations, follow ITIL incident and request fulfilment processes, escalate to third-line or suppliers, and support implementation of approved technology innovations.

Provide face-to-face smoking cessation assessments and support to inpatients, liaise with clinical and community teams, deliver education and roadshows, perform administrative tasks and data entry, and assist patient transfers to community cessation services.
