Owns a portfolio of enterprise aviation customers across onboarding, adoption, training, operational reviews, renewals, and expansion. Builds success plans, manages executive relationships, monitors account health, identifies risks and growth opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Renewal teams. The role also supports customer advocacy, maintains CRM and success-platform data, delivers training, and represents the company at industry events.

Owns a segment of the Horizon flight management product roadmap, translating priorities into shipped features. Responsibilities include customer discovery, requirements prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, end-to-end project ownership, release management, stakeholder communication, adoption measurement, and incorporating AI tools into product work. The role requires understanding aviation operations and regulations while communicating product value through business outcomes such as revenue, retention, cost, and risk.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB SaaS accounts through automated onboarding, engagement, support, renewal, and expansion processes. Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement data; handle escalations; troubleshoot product issues; optimize automated journeys and self-service support; and identify renewal, expansion, advocacy, and referral opportunities. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to improve the customer experience.
