Lead marketing and referral engagement for a specialist dental practice. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials and social media content, monitoring marketing performance, developing relationships with referring practices, coordinating events, supporting business growth, and assisting practice managers administratively. The role requires regular visits to referring practices, strong communication and organization, creativity, commercial awareness, and confidence representing the practice. Dental experience is desirable but not essential.

Supports group financial reporting, technical IFRS accounting, VAT and tax filings, subsidiary statutory accounts, audits, valuation documentation, and consolidated financial statements. Works internationally across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, and Norway, using CCH and OneStream while developing financial controls and processes for a high-growth dental group.

Leads a team of People Advisors delivering colleague relations services. Oversees complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, investigations, and appeals. Develops people policies, ensures employment-law and regulatory compliance, advises senior stakeholders, manages external legal relationships, supports organizational change consultations, and delivers ER analytics, dashboards, training, and risk insights.
