Lead operational performance for all Scotland practices, manage Practice Managers, drive financial and clinical governance, ensure compliance, develop leadership and succession, deliver growth, engagement and country business plans.

Provides specialist orthodontic care in a mixed NHS and private practice. The role offers flexible part-time or potentially full-time work, clinical freedom, orthodontic therapy and treatment coordinator support, experienced nursing assistance, modern digital equipment, mentoring, CPD, and access to a broad specialist network. The successful clinician will help support succession planning as the current specialist orthodontist gradually winds down.
