Prepare and maintain machining laboratories; set up labs and demonstrations; support instruction and assess students; train on equipment, safety protocols, and PPE; troubleshoot and repair equipment; manage inventory, purchases, MSDS, and vendor coordination; supervise and schedule classified, temporary, and student staff; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Provide technical support for ceramics and art studios at Rock Creek campus: maintain and repair kilns and studio equipment, mix and test glazes, manage inventory and ordering, supervise student and casual staff, enforce safety and hazardous-material procedures, assist students and faculty during classes and open studio hours, and coordinate studio scheduling and web/social postings.

Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to ACP leadership including calendar and communications management, event and meeting coordination, budget preparation and approvals, project accountability, operational problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-campus collaboration and travel. Serve as strategic partner to the AVP, Assistant AVP, and Associate Dean.
