Teams at Portland Center Stage at The Armory

Provides desktop and technical support to employees and guests, troubleshooting computers, peripherals, printers, networking, and software in a primarily Windows environment. Maintains hardware and software inventories, records, renewals, systems documentation, and server infrastructure. Assists with network administration, vendor coordination, technology research and purchasing, Tessitura support, and on-call coverage after training.
