Provide hands-on IT support for US and global employees, including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, endpoint management, procurement, asset lifecycle management, SaaS application support, network administration, and office technology operations. The role supports security and SOC 2 compliance, coordinates vendors and office openings, and serves as the primary IT contact for North American employees.

Manage Port's North American channel partner ecosystem by developing strategic relationships, enabling VARs, distributors, MSPs, and system integrators, and supporting partner-led pipeline generation. Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and alliances teams to coordinate joint sales motions, progress opportunities, and align partner activity with go-to-market strategy. Drive partner enablement, revenue growth, ecosystem expansion, and sustained partner engagement.

Lead Port’s product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, analyst and PR initiatives, demos, market education, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, SEs, and CSMs to translate technical value for platform engineers, DevOps teams, and business buyers. Build and manage a growing team of product marketers and content creators while supporting global expansion and category development.
