Shoot and edit branded and social video content using in-house studio and Sony FX3. Manage full edit cycles to picture lock, apply LUTs/basic color grading, organize assets, and film conferences/events as needed while collaborating on creative direction.

Lead design and execution of scalable customer experience programs, define KPIs and impact frameworks, use data to optimize outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, drive process automation and standardization, and report program performance to stakeholders and leadership.
