Provide dedicated onsite cloud and infrastructure support, escalate Level 1/2 incidents, monitor systems, perform backups/patching, troubleshoot compute/network/identity/security issues, automate operational tasks, follow change control, conduct RCAs, and maintain documentation and runbooks to ensure secure, reliable cloud operations.

Design, build, and automate Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms using infrastructure-as-code. Lead cloud migrations, implement landing zones, administer Entra ID and M365 security (Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune), act as senior escalation for managed services and vendors, and improve security, performance, and documentation for client environments.

Design, build, and own end-to-end full-stack applications and quantitative models for credit, private credit, structured products, and CLOs. Integrate market and accounting systems, migrate legacy .NET/SSRS to modern cloud-aware stacks, ensure data quality and reporting, collaborate with PMs and business teams, and maintain production services using CI/CD and testing.
