Responsibilities include drafting motions, conducting legal research, participating in discovery, attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings, and developing litigation skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Handle civil litigation matters from case initiation through resolution, including legal research, motion drafting and argument, discovery management, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, case strategy, and client relationships. The role requires strong writing, analytical, advocacy, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with opportunities for courtroom exposure, mentorship, and increased responsibility.

Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution: draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence; take and defend depositions; argue motions; and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials while working with partners on legal strategy and client service.
