Handle civil litigation matters from case initiation through resolution, including legal research, motion drafting and argument, discovery management, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, case strategy, and client relationships. The role requires strong writing, analytical, advocacy, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with opportunities for courtroom exposure, mentorship, and increased responsibility.

Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution: draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence; take and defend depositions; argue motions; and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials while working with partners on legal strategy and client service.

Support attorneys across all phases of civil litigation by reviewing and summarizing records, managing subpoenas and discovery, coordinating experts and IMEs, preparing cases for mediation/arbitration/trial, organizing case materials, and ensuring deadlines are met while communicating with clients, vendors, and experts.
