Coaches students and graduates on job searches, resumes, interviews, and career development. Provides one-on-one guidance, conducts workshops and mock interviews, builds employer relationships, supports job placement, tracks employment outcomes, maintains student records, and collaborates with academic and administrative teams.

Build and maintain employer partnerships across Connecticut, identify hiring needs, develop job opportunity pipelines, and connect graduates with employers. Coordinate referrals, resumes, interviews, hiring follow-up, career fairs, employer visits, and other engagement activities. Track employer activity and employment outcomes, support graduates with job searches, and collaborate with Career Services and campus leadership. The role requires regular statewide travel up to 50% and on-site campus work when not traveling.

Build and manage employer partnerships across skilled-trades and allied-health industries; identify hiring needs, develop job pipelines, match graduates with opportunities, coordinate interviews and follow-up, support career events, track employment outcomes, and collaborate with Career Services and campus teams. Requires regular travel throughout Massachusetts, up to 50%, with on-site campus work when not traveling.
