Provide front-desk and general administrative support to the Campus Director and Practical Nursing program: answer multi-line phones promptly, greet visitors, perform clerical tasks, maintain student and faculty records in CampusVue, process orders and stipends in Campus Nexus Finance, coordinate payments and reconciliations, prepare for term/graduation events, support accreditation and Board of Nursing meeting prep, back up education admins, and complete special projects.

The Bursar oversees student financial accounts, coordinates payments and refunds, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides support to students and staff.

The Default Management Specialist provides guidance on student loan repayment options, assists financial aid processes, and supports default prevention initiatives for students and graduates.
