Own enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, support, and expansion. Lead discovery, QBRs, success plans, stakeholder engagement, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and C-suite stakeholders, triage technical questions with Data and Engineering teams, analyze customer usage, and communicate actionable resolutions. Partner cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes for logistics customers.

Create polished, on-brand marketing assets across landing pages, case studies, social, paid media, events, collateral, presentations, email, and video. Maintain Portcast’s visual system, design reusable templates and components, edit video, support web and email handoffs, and iterate quickly with content and growth teams. The role requires strong visual design fundamentals, advanced Figma and Adobe skills, video production expertise, and comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed B2B SaaS startup.

Own product initiative delivery from kickoff through release, coordinating Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions. Track dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, timelines, testing, handoffs, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate project status and documentation while ensuring execution remains aligned with product intent. This hands-on role requires technical fluency, cross-functional communication, strong ownership, and daily overlap with an Asia-based technology team.
