Build and lead Portage Point’s India-based talent acquisition function. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate and stakeholder experience, ATS processes, agency relationships, recruiting analytics, employment branding, referral programs, and strategic hiring initiatives. The Vice President will partner with hiring managers and practice leaders, support high-volume recruiting, improve hiring metrics, deliver training, and establish scalable processes while collaborating across U.S. and India teams.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to practice and functional leaders while owning employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle operations, total rewards, compliance, and HR infrastructure. The role manages multi-state HR compliance, supports FINRA and broker-dealer requirements, improves HCM processes through automation and AI, contributes to engagement and learning initiatives, and mentors junior HR team members in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Leads federal transaction tax advisory engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include tax due diligence, transaction structuring, partnership tax analysis, financial and tax modeling, purchase agreement review, client-ready reporting, sell-side support, post-closing advisory, mentoring, training, and firm-building initiatives.
