Run demos, prove ROI of VOLTstack units, manage client relationships and adoption of Neuron OS software, and relay market feedback to product and marketing teams. Travel internationally (~30%) and operate autonomously across the East Coast.

Lead frontline technical support for battery-powered industrial generators, resolving customer issues, coordinating service logistics, maintaining documentation, and improving service processes. Mentor technicians, collaborate with engineering and sales, and drive quality and safety in production and field service.

Serve as primary customer contact to support onboarding, adoption, retention and upsell. Monitor accounts, escalate and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, provide basic performance insights, support pre- and post-sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes.
