Handle customer cancellation requests to salvage accounts, manage the full retention process, monitor logs, use retention scripting, coordinate with claims to resolve issues, track retention measures, and provide prompt, professional customer service while learning policy and claims protocols.

Evaluates customer interactions against quality, sales, and service standards; delivers coaching feedback; partners with managers on performance improvement; tracks audits and quality metrics; participates in calibration and training; and uses Level AI and other conversation intelligence tools to identify trends, validate scoring, and improve customer experience. The role also provides occasional phone coverage and requires full overnight overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

The Accounting Supervisor independently manages operational accounting for assigned business units, including revenue, accounts receivable, commissions, intercompany transactions, accruals, cost of sales, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role reviews staff work, maintains accounting controls, supports SOX and audit processes, ensures compliance with US GAAP or IFRS, partners with US operations, documents procedures, and improves processes. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a remote environment.
