Sell direct mail and digital advertising solutions to large national customers. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, source leads via inbound/outbound prospecting, conduct needs analysis and demos, engage decision-makers, track forecasts in CRM, and close high-value deals to meet quotas.

Provides customer service to homeowners and mortgage companies by answering calls, issuing policy documents, verifying coverage, accepting payments, researching inquiries, and responding to questions. The representative manages high call volumes, documents customer interactions, follows service procedures and authority limits, resolves issues, and escalates matters to underwriters when appropriate.

Provides first-line technical and billing support to SaaS customers through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoots customer issues, explains solutions, assists with billing inquiries and collections, and de-escalates conflicts while maintaining an empathetic customer experience. The role requires independent work, effective task switching, strong English communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
