Create, version, and distribute agent-facing marketing collateral for Porch Insurance and Homeowners of America. Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and underwriting to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and on-brand. Manage reviews, approvals, libraries, and agent engagement; prioritize requests, track timelines, and collect agent testimonials to support sales.

Drive new business revenue by conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, recommending Welcome Wagon solutions, handling objections, closing sales, and documenting activity in CRM tools. The role requires meeting sales KPIs, maintaining pipeline activity, following quality and compliance standards, participating in training, and collaborating with sales leadership and peers. This is a remote position in Colombia with a monthly salary and performance-based incentive bonus.

Provide system support and product operations for insurance products: perform functional and UAT testing, document defects, troubleshoot issues, support product launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation and timelines to ensure accurate, compliant system delivery and improved operational efficiency.
