Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure). Lead migrations and projects, troubleshoot complex systems, build automation with PowerShell/Bash and agentic AI, enforce security and compliance (NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI), mentor IT staff, and maintain disaster recovery and documentation. Work includes supporting US business hours overlap and after-hours incident response.

The Sales Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and developing a pipeline of qualified leads to generate revenue and expand the client base for Porch Group's services.

Own and administer Zoho CRM end-to-end: maintain modules, automation, integrations, and data hygiene. Read, debug, and extend Deluge/Node.js/Java server-side functions, improve integrations via Zoho Flow/APIs, document the system, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configuration.
