Supports recruitment and onboarding by maintaining applicant records, conducting DOT background and reference checks, coordinating interviews, preparing new-hire paperwork, maintaining personnel and HRIS records, answering HR inquiries, compiling staffing reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role requires compliance with DOT regulations and includes travel to buildings and partnership locations up to 50% of the time.

Manages inbound or outbound distribution center functions for perishable merchandise. Oversees team performance, staffing, budgets, carrier communications, productivity improvement plans, operational analyses, and daily performance reviews. Develops goals and action plans, identifies process and staffing gaps, and ensures compliance with HR, OSHA, and FDA requirements while monitoring merchandise flow throughout the distribution center.

Leads enterprise strategy and implementation of agentic AI systems, including autonomous workflows, copilots, and decision-support agents. Builds and scales teams developing agent frameworks, orchestration, integrations, and governance. Owns the lifecycle from use-case design through deployment, monitoring, and improvement while establishing reliability, evaluation, safety, auditability, and value standards. Partners cross-functionally to embed AI responsibly into business workflows and translates complex AI capabilities into business outcomes.
