Owns the specialized Employee Experience Platform sales cycle from qualification through close and handoff. Leads consultative discovery, solution alignment, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and executive stakeholder engagement for complex enterprise SaaS opportunities. Partners with account executives and cross-functional teams while advising customers on intranet, digital workplace, employee communications, and workforce experience solutions. Builds pipeline, develops champions, applies MEDDPICC methodology, and carries direct revenue responsibility within a shared-credit sales model.
