Own and build the Chicago territory via high-activity outbound prospecting (calls, email, in-person). Run demos, create urgency, close short sales cycles (typically <30 days), develop local restaurant relationships, and partner with regional team on messaging and strategy. Must live in-territory and travel frequently to restaurants.

Build and own the full sales enablement function: design 30/60/90 onboarding and certification tracks, create playbooks and single-source sales content, deploy AI-powered enablement tools, run coaching and continuous learning programs, support GTM rollouts, and define KPIs to measure ramp, quota attainment, and enablement impact.

The Client Success Specialist engages with restaurant clients, driving feature adoption and providing support through proactive outreach and relationship building.
