Owns accounting accuracy, consolidation, monthly close, reporting, audit, statutory compliance, financial operations, treasury, tax coordination, and investor communications for an international multi-entity group. The role also manages finance systems and uses AI, agents, and MCPs to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Requires US GAAP expertise, CPA certification, audit experience, NetSuite proficiency, strong external-provider relationships, and a hands-on builder mindset.

Manage workplace operations for a fully remote company, including facilities, vendors, supplies, maintenance, health and safety, travel, monthly on-sites, events, budgets, contracts, and office access. Support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with IT and external partners, and create scalable workplace processes. The role requires a strong service mindset, excellent organization, effective communication, and comfort working in an evolving environment.
