Lead and build the accounting function from scratch: own end-to-end US GAAP accounting and close, fixed assets and project accounting, procure-to-pay and spend controls, audit/tax/compliance, expand NetSuite and accounting systems, and partner with the CFO to provide timely financial insights and controls.

Lead the physical network architecture for a hyperscale AI data center campus: design fiber plant, conduit, cabling (MPO/MTP), meet-me rooms, carrier interconnects, optical standards and loss budgets, OT network integration (BMS/EPMS/DCIM), resiliency and capacity planning, deployment validation, and operational readiness while partnering with construction, tenants, and operations.
