Assists hotel housekeeping staff by transporting linens and supplies, removing trash and dirty dishware, restocking and organizing closets and carts, preparing rooms for arrivals, fulfilling guest requests, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires strong teamwork and communication, prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Creates and executes photo, video, and written content for three winery and hospitality brands. Produces weekly social media content, films and photographs properties, writes captions, schedules posts, manages content libraries, creates paid ads, reports analytics, and responds to guest interactions. The role collaborates with marketing and creative teams onsite across tasting rooms, restaurants, hotel spaces, vineyards, events, and production areas.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for three hospitality companies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring manager coordination, background checks, job postings, and recruiting reports. Conducts new-hire orientation, verifies I-9 documentation, supports training and leadership meetings, maintains HR and compliance files, coordinates referral bonuses, and provides general HR administrative support. Requires knowledge of California and federal employment laws, strong communication, discretion, organization, and proficiency with ADP and Excel.
