Manages full-cycle recruiting for three hospitality companies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, hiring-manager coordination, background checks, onboarding, and recruiting reporting. Conducts orientations, verifies I-9 documentation, supports training and leadership initiatives, maintains HR and compliance records, coordinates referral bonuses, and provides general administrative support. Requires knowledge of California and federal employment laws, applicant tracking systems, ADP, Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Manage the complete lifecycle of corporate group hotel room bookings, from inquiries and availability checks through agreements, reservations, deposits, billing, pre-arrival coordination, and post-stay follow-up. Serve as the primary contact for corporate groups, maintain accurate folios and contracts, coordinate rooming lists and VIP details, and collaborate with Front Desk, Accounting, and Management to ensure accurate billing and excellent guest service.

Administer HRIS data and employee changes in ADP Workforce Now, coordinate payroll, lead benefits enrollment and open enrollment, support ACA compliance, onboarding, offboarding, I-9 documentation, workers’ compensation claims, personnel records, HR vendors, and recruiting activities across four entities and 250+ employees.

Assists housekeeping staff by transporting and restocking linens and supplies, removing trash and dirty dishware, organizing closets, preparing rooms, fulfilling guest requests, communicating with attendants, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, communication, and flexibility to support hotel operations, including weekends and holidays.

Leads hands-on HR operations across three hospitality properties, including recruiting, employee relations, investigations, compliance, documentation, leave and workers’ compensation administration, onboarding, performance systems, and manager training. Partners with the Controller on payroll data accuracy while retaining responsibility for day-to-day HR execution. Ensures consistent, lawful practices and protects the company through disciplined processes, documentation, and fact-based decision-making.

Supervises tasting room associates during assigned shifts, supports onboarding and coaching, maintains hospitality and service standards, resolves guest concerns, promotes wine sales and memberships, and assists with opening, closing, inventory, cash handling, events, and technology troubleshooting. Ensures cleanliness, safety, responsible alcohol service, compliance, and a welcoming guest environment while supporting efficient daily operations.

Sell, detail, and coordinate weddings and special events from initial inquiry through execution. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, closing contracts, managing deposits and payments, preparing banquet event orders and room sets, coordinating with internal departments, attending rehearsals and events, reviewing surveys, and supporting coordinator training. The role requires exceptional hospitality, organization, communication, sales, and client-service skills, along with flexibility for weekends, holidays, evenings, outdoor work, and extended standing.
