Supports project leaders with planning, coordination, scheduling, documentation, deliverable tracking, meeting coordination, status reporting, and project administration. Manages multiple priorities while collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Maintains organized project records, prepares communications, identifies project needs, and helps ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction project teams for federal clients, including the U.S. Navy. Responsibilities include overseeing sub-consultants, managing design and construction requirements, contracts, procurement, project delivery, and client relationships. The role requires professional registration, federal contracting knowledge, proficiency with project-management software, occasional domestic or international travel, and the ability to obtain a CAC and potentially additional security credentials.

Designs and develops instrumentation and controls packages for batch and continuous chemical industry facilities. Specifies instrumentation, performs sizing calculations, develops system controls, applies industry best practices, and leads engineering teams through project delivery. The role also involves client interaction, engineering recommendations, collaboration, and consulting design work across life sciences and advanced manufacturing projects.
