Provide desktop support by resolving open issues, completing requests, troubleshooting network problems, and documenting recurring IT tasks. Train junior members and administer user accounts.

Lead enterprise acquisition and pursuit lifecycle for managed services, digital workplace, cloud, and infrastructure solutions across Ontario. Build executive relationships, develop proposals and RFP responses, negotiate complex contracts, manage CRM and forecasting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close high-value deals and drive territory growth.

Serve as primary client-facing relationship manager for Systems Operations, liaising between clients and Pomeroy staff. Manage staffing, performance reviews, training, and day-to-day operations. Ensure SLA reporting, understand SOW limits, oversee budgeting/forecasting, analyze financial performance, and present compliance metrics. Promote additional services and facilitate team and client meetings.
