Perform break-fix triage for hardware and software on end-user systems, including printers, POS, servers and workstations. Provide customer-facing support, troubleshoot using flow-chart methods, obtain required vendor certifications, work independently and as part of a team, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and site mobility.

Provide desk-side break-fix triage and hardware/software support for end-user systems, perform PC installs and rollouts, maintain printers, respond to service requests, log and monitor desktop operations, and support health event technology needs while delivering excellent customer service.

Build and lead a sales enablement function to improve seller productivity, onboarding, training, sales methodology adoption, content/tools, and GTM readiness. Partner cross-functionally to enable product and services sales, reduce ramp time, increase pipeline generation, improve forecast rigor, and drive adoption of services-led, strategic selling.
