Provide desk-side break-fix triage and support for Windows-based end-user systems. Respond to service requests, perform PC installs, rollouts, health events, and printer maintenance. Log, report, and monitor desktop operations, work independently and in teams, and maintain strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.

Perform break-fix triage for hardware and software on end-user systems, including printers, POS, servers and workstations. Provide customer-facing support, troubleshoot using flow-chart methods, obtain required vendor certifications, work independently and as part of a team, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and site mobility.
