The role requires outbound sales development experience, persuasive communication, autonomy, and familiarity with health tech or employer benefits.

Own and accelerate the health plan partnership pipeline by developing deal strategies, sourcing and nurturing payer opportunities, creating executive presentations, leading cross-functional growth initiatives, developing pricing models, and supporting contracting. The role requires healthcare and health plan experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to convert strategic insights into commercial opportunities.
