The Metal Fabrication CAD/CAM Engineer designs and programs CNC operations for metal parts, troubleshoots issues, and trains production teams.

Translate sketches and concepts into manufacturable outdoor furniture by developing 3D CAD models, technical drawings, prototypes, and production documentation. Evaluate manufacturability, support prototyping and testing, resolve design challenges with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful handoff to production.

Lead a manufacturing shift team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Coach, mentor, and develop employees, identify future leaders, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance. Support shift startups, handoffs, and flexible hours including overtime and weekend schedules.
