Coordinates EHS projects, timelines, trackers, meetings, documentation, training records, inspections, and system updates across manufacturing locations. Supports HSI Safety Management Suite and Paylocity Learning administration, reviews data quality, tests dashboards, prepares reports, and partners with IT and Data teams. Maintains procedures, calendars, training assignments, and compliance records while identifying delays and coordinating follow-up. The role is primarily office-based in Syracuse, Indiana, with manufacturing-area visits and occasional travel between locations.

Serves as a frontline HR partner for production employees and leaders. Handles employee relations, investigations, separations, FMLA and disability leaves, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, policy coaching, evaluations, documentation, and compliance. Maintains confidentiality, coordinates with safety and vendors, manages case deadlines, and escalates complex issues to HR leadership. The role is fully on-site and includes regular production-floor presence.

Lead and coach a Customer Experience team of 10 or more employees. Set expectations, monitor productivity and service quality, provide feedback, support escalations, maintain coverage, interpret performance data, and foster employee development and a positive team culture across phone, email, and chat support.
